• Most unlikely place for the most unlikely couple

If you would have picked the top ten places my wife and would choose to go this city certainly would not be a choice. If you would have picked the top 1000 People to go to Las Vegas this couple would not have even made the list. So what did God do? He took the most unlikely city and the most unusual couple and in essence marked our hearts together.

• Ministry already going on

Where do you start when you go to a city that has in it’s name “sin city”? Where do you go when all a city is known for is gambling and to put it bluntly, strange things going on? As Henry Blackaby said, “Go where God is already at work.” Don’t believe what you hear others say about the Midwest and west-- God is definitely at work across America.

• Supernatural connections

Yes, I do believe in divine appointments, and meeting the Calkins family in Las Vegas has been from God. Involved in ministry is an understatement when I say that “Multiply Inc” is involved in serving God and sharing the gospel in Las Vegas. We only met on the phone to discover they were opening their home up top us for “free”. Yes that is what I said for free. When you meet Brian, Erica, Holly and Erin you instantly see Jesus' love.
